A place of healing

The breathtaking view over the garden is a source of deep tranquillity. Whatever the season, thanks to its large south-facing glass surface, the sun's rays generously illuminate the main living area. The large sliding bays extend the living space to the spacious wooden terrace where it is so pleasant to lie down on a deckchair to read a good novel, listen to the birds singing or simply admire the nature that awakens every day. As soon as the days get longer, it is pleasant to take advantage of the terrace in the evening, to have an aperitif and/or supper, knowing that a barbecue is at your disposal.

The time of a weekend for a small getaway or gourmet getaway by discovering renowned gastronomic restaurants nearby... But also ideal to spend your holidays in a quiet place, while having the possibility to discover the varied landscapes and reliefs of the region, as well as to take advantage of all the tourist activities proposed in particular by the "Barrages de l'Eau d'Heure" (sports, nautical, recreational and relaxation activities), located 10 minutes away by car.

A practical place

The spacious single-storey layout of the house makes it easy and pleasant to access all living areas from the main entrance. For longer holiday stays, a large storage space is available. Your bicycles or other recreational equipment can be easily stored in the back of the house.

With an area of 90m2, it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is composed of :

  • A large main living room: lounge and dining room with open kitchen.
  • A large mobile storage unit separating the "living-dining room-kitchen" area from the main double bedroom.
  • The two leather sofas can be converted into a single bed (queen size) to provide sleeping accommodation for two people.
  • A bathroom with bath+shower and integrated toilet.
  • An entrance hall with a cloakroom and a separate toilet.
  • A very large terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs, two deckchairs, a large parasol and a barbecue).
  • A large garden surrounding the house.
  • A large private parking lot in front of the house.
