The cottage is located in a quiet residential area with lots of woodland. Beautiful walks are offered to you to discover Lake Barbençon, its historic centre and the surrounding countryside.

The time of a Weekend for a small getaway or gourmet getaway by discovering renowned gastronomic restaurants nearby... But also for a longer stay to enjoy all the tourist activities offered in particular by the Barrages de l'Eau d'Heure, located 10 minutes by car.

A practical place

The ground floor layout makes all living spaces quickly accessible. The chalet is equipped with an electric heating system which allows the room temperature to be regulated easily and quickly.

A large choice of multiple and various shops is grouped together in Beaumont, 4 km away, accessible by car, in 5 minutes by the N40.
